Day 7-8-9

This weekend has been a quite lazy one. Saturday Tessa and I were finally able to sleep a little bit longer. We woke up at approximately half past 9. After breakfast we went to Sliema to do some shopping : ) In the afternoon we decided to go swimming at a swimming pool, because it was extremely hot. We went to a resort and the view at the swimming pool was amazing! You could see the entire harbor of Sliema, and many boats passed by. In the evening we ate at the resort and after this we took a shower and went to Paceville with some friends.

Sunday we again slept a little bit longer than we usually do during the week when we need to go to our internships. We were planning to go to Mdina because our host said it was a beautiful place. But while we were walking to the bus, we noticed it was way too warm to go there. At the coast it was already very warm and as Mdina is in the midland, it was even warmer over there. We really liked swimming at the resort, so we returned on Sunday instead of going to Mdina. In the evening it started raining.., Something that’s very odd in Malta, but after half an hour the sun was shining again : ). We decided to stay home this evening, because we were really tired, and today our internships started again.
